For the most part, it is my hope that this group will be self-governing, as my time will not allow for the moderation of
posts as they go through to the list. Precautions have been taken to reduce and hopefully eliminate spam, but in the event that
spam is sent to this list intervention will be made to remove and block the offender. This should be a rare occurance since all
subscription requests are screened to prevent bulk advertisers from accessing and posting to the list.
Problem posters will be addressed on a case
by case basis and concensus of opinion will weigh large in decisions regarding deliberately disruptive posts. Keep in mind
however that though we share a common dream here, there will doubtlessly arise points of contention on the best way to achieve it.
As such, I can only encourage that members cultivate an attitude of tolerance toward each other's ideas and styles. There is
alot we can all learn from each other here, so let's take full advantage.

which a member feels should be implemented, they are invited to bring it up for discussion by sending an informal proposal to:
